SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH FRESH DILL 
4 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. milk
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. butter
3 sm. green onions, sliced
1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped or dried dill weed

In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt and pepper. In a large non-stick frying pan, melt butter and saute onions until soft. Add egg mixture. Stir with spatula while cooking. Right before eggs are firm, add dill. Serve with English muffins and sauteed potatoes, if desired. Serves 2.
