CHEESE CAKE 
30 single graham crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 can chilled Milnot, whipped until it forms soft peaks

Mix crackers, butter, and powdered sugar and line 9 x 13 pan making crust. Save some for topping. Mix Jello and water; set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar.

Blend Jello into whipped Milnot. Add cheese mixture. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla. Pour into cracker crust. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Place in refrigerator until set.
