3 boxes (3 oz. size) sugar-free Jello
4 c. very hot water
4 packets Knox unflavored gelatin

Mix powders together. Dissolve well with water. Stirring approximately 5 minutes. Pour mixture into 9 x 123 inch pan and chill. Cut into bite-size pieces. Does not require further refrigeration. Great for lunches!
