SHRIMP SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
5-6 chopped green onions
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen (excluding the seasoning)
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/3 c. sliced almonds
1/2 lb. cooked tiny shrimp
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place lettuce and onions in a bowl.

In a separate bowl combine vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, blending well.

Break up noodles and saute in butter. Add sesame seeds and almonds and saute until seeds and almonds are toasted, stirring constantly. Add noodle mixture and shrimp to salad bowl and toss with oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper mixture. Serve immediately.
