SWISS STEAK | |
Steaks, 1/2 inch thick 1 carrot, diced 1 stalk celery, diced 1 onion, diced 1 pt. tomato ketchup, thinned with water Salt and pepper to taste Pound flour into both sides of steaks, then grill quickly until brown. Place steaks into roasting pan and pour remaining ingredients over them. If necessary add additional water to cover. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours or until steaks are very tender. |
