CREAMY BUTTERSCOTCH PRALINES 
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Pour pudding, sugar and cream in saucepan and mix thoroughly. Cook to full boil, then lower heat and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and pecans. Stir until mixture cools and starts to thicken, do not beat. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Makes 24-26 pralines.
