CREAMY CREOLE PRALINES 
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves

Combine sugars and milk in saucepan and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook until soft ball stage. Remove from heat; add butter, vanilla and pecans. Using wooden spoon, beat until creamy. Stop when ripples show at edge. Drop onto wax paper. Cool.
