CASSEROLE SOUP MIX 
2 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. instant chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. minced onion

Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container. To use as a substitute for 1 can cream of soup (any kind).

How to use:

Mix:

1/3 c. dry mix
1 1/4 c. water

Microwave and stir a couple of times until thick. Serve.
