FRUIT AMBROSIA 
2 tbsp. low fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 pt. strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 lg. navel orange, peeled and chopped
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. sweetened flaked coconut

Combine all in bowl. Mix well and serve. (Makes 4 servings.)
