ORANGE BLACK WALNUT PIE 
1 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs
1 tbsp. orange zest
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped black walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients (except walnuts) with wire whisk. Mix well, then add walnuts. Pour into 1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until firm. Let cool before slicing.
