VEAL MARSALA 
Veal cutlets or veal stew pieces (2 lb.)
1 can lg. mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh
Flour
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. Marsala wine

Flour cutlets. Melt butter in large skillet with garlic. Brown cutlets and place in baking dish. Add mushrooms to skillet along with wine.

Bring to a boil and pour over cutlets cover and bake 1/2 hour to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with rice or potatoes.
