PASTA & VEGETABLE TOSS 
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. high protein pasta (mostaccioli), cooked al dente
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 c. cooked broccoli
1/2 c. cooked carrots, sliced
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Saute garlic in olive oil and butter. Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, carrots, and saute. Sprinkle with grated cheese and toss. Serve with salad.
