BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 well beaten eggs
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Cream butter, brown sugar and eggs thoroughly. Add other ingredients and mix all well together. Form into balls and bake in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.
