JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 unbaked pie shell

Melt butter, add sugar, eggs, vanilla and vinegar. Beat and add other ingredients. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
