OATMEAL, CARROT, RAISIN COOKIES 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. raisins

Spray a 9x9x2 inch pan with Pam.

Cream together sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. Add carrots and mix well.

In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, oatmeal and wheat germ. Stir into creamed mixture. Fold in raisins.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350 degree oven. Time: 30 minutes. Let cool. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars. 70 calories per serving.
