COUNTRY MEATLOAF 
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. (very lean) sausage
1 lb. lean ground round
1 c. quick oats
1/2 chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine catsup, sugar and mustard; set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients. Add 1/2 cup sauce. Mix well. Shape into 2 small or 1 large loaf. Bake in shallow baking pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake 10 minutes longer.
