COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
12 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello (or other flavors)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in refrigerator.
