ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck

Brown meat with chopped onions and seasoning such as Accent.

Mix together and heat (do not boil) : 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can (regular size) milk enchilada sauce 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. milk

Use a 12 x 13 pan. You'll need a bag of nacho-cheese flavored Doritos and 1 pound grated Cheddar cheese. Layer in pan as follows:

Doritos, meat (well drained), sauce, and then cheese. Keep layering, leaving enough cheese for the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. (I usually bake it for 20 minutes and then turn the oven off and leave it in another 10 minutes.)

You will have sauce left over, but it can be reheated for any of the casserole that is left over.
