CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
2 c. sugar
2 sqs. chocolate
1 (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and thick. Add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. Makes 2 cups.
