BAKED CHICKEN - APRICOT 
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 bottle Russian dressing, white
1 jar apricot preserves

In oblong baking dish put in onion soup mix. Arrange chicken piece son top of soup mix. Pour Russian dressing over chicken. Spread apricot preserves on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
