3 tbsp. fat 3 onions 1 green pepper 1 lb. beef 2 c. tomatoes 1 c. uncooked rice or 2 c. noodles 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook onions and peppers in fat until onions are yellow. Add beef and fry until beef falls apart, stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven, remove cover last 15 minutes. |
