COFFEE PUNCH 
For large gatherings - receptions, parties, etc.

3 gal. milk
2 1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream
3 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

The above is enough for 3 punch bowls.

Coffee syrup - make night before or sooner:

4 c. boiling water
4 c. sugar
2 oz. instant coffee (e.g., Folger's crystals)

Simmer for 8 minutes. Makes 3 pints.

For each punch bowl use:

1 gal. milk
1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 pt. coffee syrup
