CRESCENT CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 3/4 tsp. oregano 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 c. diced onion 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 pkgs. crescent rolls (16) Brown ground beef and onion. Add tomato sauce, basil and oregano. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups Mozzarella and 2 cups cheddar cheese. Open and unroll 2 packages crescent rolls and spread with sour cream. Roll up and place on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan, uncovered. |
