BEEF PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. raw rice
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Wesson oil

Mix beef, rice, onion and seasonings. Form into small balls. Cook in hot Wesson oil in skillet turning frequently until lightly brown (not crusty). Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
