1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chiles
1 sm. can taco sauce
1 med. pkg. Nacho-cheese Doritos

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and onion; drain. Mix in soups, chiles, and taco sauce. Layer with chips in medium pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake 350 degrees until bubbly.
