HEALTH BREAD 
1 c. raisins
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. All-Bran cereal
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. water
1 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil raisins and water for 5 minutes. Cool. Mix all but raisins and water mixture. Then add raisins and water. This makes 1 big loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

(I usually double this and make 3 medium loaves.)
