1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chilled Milnot (whipped) 1 pkg. graham crackers (1 3/4 c.) 1 stick butter Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool, cream together cheese, sugar, vanilla and add Jello. Mix well. Fold whipped Milnot into Jello mixture. Crush graham crackers and add butter. Firmly pack 2/3 mixture in bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours. |
