LEMON COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 egg yolks
2 2/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Grated rind of 2 lemons

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and beat. Mix together dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Add grated lemon rind. Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Press with fork. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until golden, about 8-10 minutes.
