CHEESE CAKE (CHERRY) 
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, then add sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Fold in egg whites, then pour into 2 graham shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Then put on topping.

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool and add any pie filling topping (cherry or blueberry).
