4 c. corn Chex cereal
1 c. salted peanuts
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) bag M&M'S®
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup

Mix and boil one minute after it comes to a boil. Brown sugar, butter, white syrup and flour. Pour over cereal, M&M'S® and peanut mix and pat into greased 9"x13" pan or a bundt pan.
