CENTENNIAL COLE SLAW 
1/2 med. cabbage
1/2 sm. red cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. raisins

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Shred cabbages; add carrots, green pepper and raisins. Add sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 8 to 10 servings.
