ARTICHOKE - SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts (defrost completely) 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 1/2 c. cream sauce 1/4 c. dry sherry 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Paprika Place artichokes in bottom of buttered dish. Put shrimp over them. Add sauteed mushrooms. Mix Worcestershire sauce with sherry and cream sauce; pour over mix in dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot. |
