STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Put half of strawberries in already baked pie crust. Crust other half of berries in saucepan. Add sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over first berries in pie crust. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
