SHRIMP DIP 
1 lb. cooked broken shrimp
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 heaping tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ketchup
A couple drops tabasco sauce
1/4 c. grated onion

Mix all ingredients well and chill, preferably overnight. Serve with crackers.
