HARVEY WALLBANGER CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vodka
1/4 c. Galiano
1 (4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp. orange juice
Dash of salt
1/4 c. butter

CAKE: Mix cake mix and next 6 ingredients well and bake in 2 (9") round cake pans (greased and floured) at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Can also be done as a bundt at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Beat cheese and butter until creamy, add juice, sugar and salt; beat well. Frost cake, sprinkle with coconut if desired. Refrigerate.

Or:

GLAZE for bundt cake: Beat 1/2 pound powdered sugar and 1/4 to 1/3 cup orange juice until fairly thick consistency. Poke holes in bundt cake with fork while cake is still warm and brush glaze on all parts of cake.
