OMELET SANDWICH | |
2 loaves English muffin bread, cut off crust 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese 1 lb. shaved ham, cut up 8 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt Butter both sides of English muffin bread and layer in 9 x 13 pan. Layer with both cheeses and shaved ham. Layer bread again. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Pour over the top and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let set 10 minutes before cutting. |
