BAKED BEANS 
6-12 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped (optional)
15 oz. can pork and beans, drained
15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
15 oz. can pinto beans, drained
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 med. bell pepper, chopped (optional)
6 oz. ketchup

Fry bacon and drain. Remove from pan. Saute pepper and onion in drippings. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain grease. Combine bacon, pepper and onion with remaining ingredients. Pour in 4-quart casserole or 2 (2 quart) casseroles. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 10-12 people.
