MARLBORO HOUSE CHEESECAKE 
4 egg whites
1 c. and 2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. slivered almonds

Beat 4 egg whites to soft peaks, add 1 cup sugar, continue to beat; add vanilla. Beat cream cheese until soft and beat together with the egg white mixture. Mix 1 package graham cracker crumbs with butter. Put on bottom of pan for a crust.

Pour cream cheese mixture on top of crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes the turn oven to 450 degrees. Meanwhile, mix sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour on top of cake. Sprinkle top with slivered almonds. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes.
