CHERRY FUDGE BARS 
1 pkg. fudge cake mix
21 oz. cherry pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Grease and flour 10 x 15 pan. Mix first 4 ingredients by hand until well mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Boil first 3 ingredients for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until smooth and frost bars.
