BATTER FRIED CHICKEN | |
Cut large fryer in serving size pieces. Wash. Partially cook in boiling water, simmering 20 minutes. Drain. Sprinkle with a mixture of salt, celery salt and pepper. Dip in fritter batter. Drop in deep fat at 360 degrees. Fry until rich golden brown, 5-7 minutes. Serve immediately. |
