MASHED POTATO FILLING 
1 loaf bread
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. butter
Seasonings (I use 2 med. onions, 2 to 3 stalks celery, 1 tsp. celery seed, salt & pepper to taste)
5 lbs. mashed potatoes
Approximately 1 qt. milk

Mix everything together except the milk. Place in 2 large casserole dishes. Do not cover. Pour milk over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until top is brown. You can freeze one of the dishes, or make half the recipe.
