RACHEL'S BARBECUED RIBS | |
4 lbs. ribs 1 med. onion, cut fine or 1 tbsp. onion salt 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. lemon juice (ReaLemon is fine) 1 c. water 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. diced celery or 1 tbsp. celery salt Paprika to liking 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. catsup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown meat. Use butter to brown onions, then add rest of ingredients and heat to boiling. While hot pour over ribs and bake at 350 degrees until done (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours). |
