REECE CUP COOKIES | |
2 1/4 c. plain flour 1/2 c. cocoa powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. butter 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter 3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 lg. eggs 5 (2 oz.) pkgs. Reece cups, chopped 1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chips Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium size bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla for 3 minutes until fluffy and light. Add eggs, one at a time, beat until thoroughly blended after each addition. Reduce to low, gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth. Stir in Reece cups pieces and chips. Drop onto ungreased pans. Bake 13 to 15 minutes until dry and slightly firm to touch. Cool 1 minute, move to wire rack. |
