4 oz. chocolate squares
1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tall can milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate squares and butter. Add sugar, salt and milk. Stir after adding each ingredient. Cook slowly about 12 minutes, stirring constantly, until begins to thicken. Refrigerate to store.
