ZIPPY VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder or curry powder
1 tsp. chopped parsley or any herb on hand
Buttermilk may be used to make dip that is thinner, more like salad dressing

Blend all ingredients well and chill. Goes well with tomato wedges, carrot sticks, celery, sliced raw squash, broccoli, cauliflower. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
