CHINESE RIBS 
1 rack pork ribs
2 1/2 c. sugar
Soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger

Cut ribs. Salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Drain thoroughly. Mix remaining ingredients, using enough soy sauce to make a consistency similar to cake batter. Dip each rib into sauce and bake again at low heat (300 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
