PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. pineapple (tidbits, drained)
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. Cheez-It crackers, crushed

Combine sugar, flour, juice and stir well. Add cheese and pineapple. Place in casserole dish. Combine melted butter and Cheez-It crackers and spread on pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
