1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 or 4 apples, sliced

Mix oil, eggs and sugar. Add flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Add nuts and apples. Pour into 9 x 13 pan (greased) and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Enjoy!
