SAUSAGE & CHEESE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
8 oz. cheddar cheese (grated)
1 lb. bulk sausage (room temperature)

Mix cheese into Bisquick, then mix in sausage. (Mix well.) Form into balls the size of walnuts. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. May be frozen and used later. Warm 10 to 15 minutes in 325 degree oven.
