5 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 pt. sour cream 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 lb. Crisco vegetable shortening Fruit fillings Confectioners' sugar Knead dough until dough doesn't stick to hands. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator when ready to roll. Coat cutting surface with confectioners' sugar and roll dough until thin. Cut in squares and add filling. Bake in 375 degree oven until golden brown. |
